An on-campus counselor is available to meet with students seeking a short term or long-term counseling, aimed to provide our community with a safe environment where they get needed support. Confidentiality and privacy are ensured to provide comfort and security to the students.
With the beginning of the academic year 2021, various mandatory mental health awareness sessions will be held for students. In order to educate them on general wellbeing and different means through which they could deal with stress in a way that allows growth and maturity.
Topics discussed include, but not limited to, Stress Management, Building Self Esteem, Personal Boundaries, and Maintaining Study/Life balance.
