How To Apply?

The Admission Committee will be conducting the screening process based on your First Choice of University, Degree, and Programme only.
If your enrolment into your First Choice of University, Degree, and Programme has been rejected by the Admissions Committee, your Second Choice of the University will be taken into consideration during the screening process.

High School Transcript for Grade 12’s 1st Semester, Grade 12’s Report Card, or Grade 12’s Enrolment Letter.
If applicants submit the final High School transcript, they are required to upload it in PDF format.
Thanaweya Amma applicants must provide an “Enrolment Letter” for Grade 12, specifying their enrolled section (Literature, Maths, or Science).
IGCSE applicants may submit an Enrolment Letter for the current academic year or all available IGCSE slips.
If you have completed the IELTS (Academic, UKVI) or TOEFL iBT test, please upload the Official certificate.
Egyptian applicants should submit a National ID or a computerized birth certificate.
Non-Egyptian applicants are required to provide a photocopy of their passport.
All applicants must submit a personal photo.

IGCSE applicants are required to provide an “Enrolment Letter” from their current school, detailing all subjects undertaken along with corresponding grades. Additionally, it should outline the subjects to be pursued in the upcoming session.
Thanaweya Amma applicants must submit an “Enrolment Letter” for Grade 12, specifying their enrolled section (Literature, Maths, or Science). Transcripts for Grades 10 and 11 are also necessary for evaluation purposes.
Applicants holding various high school certificates must submit transcripts for grades 10, 11, and the 1st semester of Grade 12, or their final report cards for these grades.
If applicants submit their final High School transcript, they are required to upload it in PDF format.
Candidates who have completed the IELTS (Academic or UKVI) or TOEFL iBT test should upload the corresponding certificate.

Applicants should submit their online application and one of the required documents.
Applicants will receive their Conditional Acceptance after screening their High School Grades.
Applicants will be contacted by phone/email to schedule an appointment for an interview.
Applicants will be notified of their interview feedback by email and the decision of exempting them from taking one of the English Proficiency Language tests will be decided after the interview.
If the applicant does not pass the interview, they will receive a rejection email.
If the applicant passes the interview, they will then be invited to undergo the Placement Test.
The Multiple-Choice Question Placement Test is on campus and cannot be taken online. For Engineering programs, the test will include Maths, Physics, and Chemistry sections. For Management programs, the test will include a Maths section only.
Applicants must be well-prepared as 50% of the Admission Committee’s decision depends on how they perform on the test. Applicants can reschedule the test once, and there are no re-sits.
Duration of the Engineering Programs test is two hours with no break and no time tolerance.
Duration of the Management Programs test is 40 minutes.
If the applicant meets the entry criteria and Passes the Placement test they will receive their Final Acceptance Offer.
If the applicant meets Foundation Year’s Entry Criteria but failed in Year One’s Placement Test, they can switch their application to Foundation Year.

Applicants will receive an autoreply, and they can then book their interview slot.
After choosing a suitable interview slot, applicants will receive a confirmation email with the date, time, and the interviewer’s name. Applicants can reschedule the interview once.
If the applicant does not pass the interview, they will receive a rejection email.
If the applicant passes the interview, they will then be invited to undergo the Placement Test.
