At The Knowledge Hub Universities (TKH), employability is more than a statistic—it is a lived journey that begins the moment students step onto campus and continues well into their careers as alumni. Powered by world-class curricula delivered in partnership with Coventry University (UK) and NOVA University Lisbon (Portugal), our academic excellence is combined with practical exposure, global outlook, and hands-on industry engagement to prepare graduates who are job-ready, adaptable, and future-focused.
Academic Excellence Meets Industry Relevance
Every TKH programme is designed to connect classroom learning with real-world application. Students benefit from corporate workshops, skills training, industry field trips, and career-related events that ensure they graduate with both knowledge and employability skills. This approach equips them with confidence to thrive in today’s competitive global market.
Global Opportunities and International Outlook
Our graduates are building careers across industries and geographies, supported by the international reputation of our partner universities and strong links with global employers. Exchange programmes, internships, and cultural experiences foster cross-cultural awareness, giving TKH graduates an edge in international markets.
The Role of the Career & Alumni Office
The Career & Alumni Services Office is the cornerstone of TKH’s employability success. Through CV clinics, career advising, interview preparation, and mock interviews, students gain the confidence and tools to stand out. Annual flagship events—including the Employment Fair, Career Empowerment Day, and Graduate Hiring Week—directly connect students with industry leaders.
Between 2019 and 2025 alone, the office facilitated more than 1,500 student opportunities through internships, job shadowing, and full-time placements. Over 250 corporate partnerships have been built, with 72+ leading employers participating in our latest Employment Fair. This reflects the high level of trust employers place in TKH graduates.

Work-Study and Internships: Learning Beyond the Classroom
TKH’s work-study programme allows students to gain professional experience within the university while balancing their academics. These roles sharpen leadership, teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills, while giving students early exposure to workplace responsibilities.
Off-campus internships extend this journey further, immersing students in real corporate environments across Egypt and beyond. These experiences often act as springboards to permanent job offers and help students shape their career paths.
Graduate Outcomes and Alumni Impact
The results speak for themselves: 89% of Coventry University Cairo Branch graduates hosted at TKH from the Classes of 2023 and 2024 secured employment or enrolled in further studies within a few months of graduation. Many alumni are now excelling across fields such as engineering, technology, entrepreneurship, interior architecture, media, healthcare, and business. Others are launching startups and innovative projects, reflecting TKH’s growing commitment to entrepreneurship and incubation support.
Contributing to Egypt’s Growth and Beyond
By producing highly skilled graduates, TKH supports Egypt’s economic development while contributing talent to global markets. Alumni success stories—from launching businesses to driving corporate growth and social innovation—demonstrate the real-world impact of TKH’s holistic approach to education and career readiness.
