Terms & Conditions
  • All tuition fees are denominated in Euro. Egyptian students may pay in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) at the Central Bank of Egypt exchange rate applicable on the date of payment. Non-Egyptian students must pay in the foreign currency of the parent university.
  • The fixed amount for Early Bird scholarship is Euro 1000 – will be deducted from the tuition fees of the first year, equally on the 2 semesters.
  • Foundation, Year One, and other Tuition categories are granted based on the Admissions Committee’s review and subject to meeting the outlined criteria following the receipt of final high school grades for applicants coming from High School, as well as the completion of the final assessment for transfer cases.
  • A non-refundable application fee of 1,500 EGP is required from all applicants, regardless of nationality or enrollment outcome.
  • TKH reserves the right to increase tuition fees by up to 10% per year.
  • Tuition fees to be paid in two payments annually; 1st payment for immediate payment upon receiving the final acceptance, and 2nd payment to be settled from 1st until 15th of December) up to 3 weeks after the semester begins for the 2nd & 3rd semester. After this date, penalties will apply.
  • Medical Insurance fees to be paid annually with the 1st payment of tuition fees (semester 1).
  • Lab/Technology fees (Starting from foundation year) to be paid annually with the 1st payment of tuition fees (semester 1).
  • Non-academic fees to be paid annually with the 2nd payment of tuition fees (semester 2).
  • The facility insurance deposit is a one-time payment required during the first semester of the first academic year. It is refundable upon the completion of academic studies, provided no damages have occurred.
  • All payments must be made through approved payment channels, clearly referencing the Student ID number. Proof of payment must be submitted to the Finance Department through the designated communication channels.
  • Students are responsible for regularly reviewing and ensuring their awareness of the most current version of the institution policies, as published through the institution’s official channels, including its website, student portal, or other designated platforms.
  • All additional fees and charges shall apply to all enrolled students without exception, in accordance with the University’s applicable rules, regulations, and approved financial policies.

Fee Policy for Sudanese, Palestinian, Syrian, or Yemeni Nationalities:

At The Knowledge Hub Universities (TKH), we are committed to providing an inclusive and supportive academic journey.
Applicants holding Sudanese, Palestinian, Syrian, or Yemeni nationalities and applying to the Foundation Entry will be charged the same tuition fees applicable to Egyptian students, capped at Category C, provided they meet the minimum entry criteria.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Applicants must provide valid and official documentation confirming their nationality at the time of application.
  • The policy applies to tuition fees only and does not automatically extend to administrative fees, accommodation, or other service-related charges.
  • TKH reserves the right to review, amend, suspend, or withdraw this policy at any time in accordance with the University’s applicable regulations and policies.
