Cairo, Egypt – 02.10.2024 – The Knowledge Hub Universities (TKH) has partnered with the New Administrative Capital Urban Development Company (ACUD), under the auspices of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, to provide full scholarships for exceptional students. The agreement was formalized with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between TKH President Dr. Yasser Sakr and the New Administrative Capital Company representatives, witnessed by the Minister of Higher Education.
As part of the “100 Dreams for the Future” initiative, this collaboration will allow top-performing students from Egypt’s border regions, including New Valley, Marsa Matrouh, North Sinai, and South Sinai, along with students from Upper Egypt, to enroll in international branch campuses (IBCs) based in the New Administrative Capital. The Knowledge Hub Universities will provide scholarships for these students to attend their university partners’ branches: Coventry University and NOVA University Lisbon.
Promoting Educational Excellence
During the ceremony, the Minister of Higher Education emphasized the critical role of scholarships in fostering both social and economic development. “This initiative aligns with the government’s broader strategy to enhance educational opportunities, develop exceptional talents, and support students in achieving their academic and professional goals,” the Minister noted. By granting access to world-class education at international university branches, the program is set to have a long-lasting impact on the future of Egypt’s youth.
