Field Trips: Bringing Industry Insights to Life

This semester, students participated in educational visits to various factories and company sites, gaining valuable industry exposure. These trips were guided by seasoned professionals, providing an in-depth look at operational processes and real-world applications of their academic knowledge. The destinations included:

  • ElSewedy Electric

These visits enriched students’ learning experiences and offered unique networking opportunities.

 


Workshops: Building Essential Career Skills

Throughout the semester, the Career Services Office hosted a series of workshops conducted by leading employers. These sessions focused on equipping students with critical career skills, including:

  • Resume writing
  • Interview techniques
  • LinkedIn profile optimization
  • Cover letter writing
  • Insights from HR professionals on hiring practices

A notable highlight was a workshop by AXA, where students gained practical knowledge to excel in their professional journeys.

 


Work-Study Program: Gaining Practical Experience

The TKH Work-Study Program offered students the chance to gain valuable workplace and life skills by working as part-time employees on campus. Placements were made across various academic schools and supporting departments, ensuring alignment with students’ academic schedules. This experiential learning initiative not only provided hands-on experience but also prepared students for future professional roles.
